Before you get in touch

Why is our Wi-Fi slow even though we have enough access points?

Poor Wi-Fi is usually caused by interference, bad channel planning, incorrect transmit power or capacity limits — not a shortage of access points. Adding more hardware to a network nobody has measured often makes interference worse, not better. We measure coverage, interference and capacity first, then tell you what actually needs changing.

Do you sell wireless hardware?

Our work is engineering: assessment, design, deployment support and ongoing monitoring. We work across Cisco, Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba Networking, Ruckus and Fortinet, and choose the right platform for each project rather than defaulting to one.

How long does a wireless assessment take?

It depends on the size of the property. A single hotel is usually measured on site within a few days, with the ranked report delivered shortly afterwards. Larger environments such as airports and stadiums are scoped area by area.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes. Customers with an active support agreement can reach our technical assistance centre at tac@wlc.rs at any hour.

Which regions do you cover?

We deliver across the Balkans and the European Union, both on site and remotely. Assessment and design work is typically done on site; monitoring and ongoing support run remotely.

Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?

Regularly. Our findings are written so your existing provider or installer can act on them directly, and we're happy to stay involved only for the parts where specialist wireless expertise is needed.
